Who do we serve?
Open to all
We serve all ages 5 years old and up. We have 2 practice groups: Elementary/Beginner middle school and Advanced Middle-School. High-School. Regardless of age or experience, we have a program to serve you
What are practice times?
Location and Schedule:
Practice Location: Rocky Mountain HS Wrestling Room
- Elementary/Beg MS 6-7PM Tue/Wed/Thurs/Sun
- Advanced MS/ Highschool 7-830PM Tue/Wed/Thurs/Sun
